Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You may request cancellation of a paid subscription by contacting us or using the cancellation controls provided in your account, when available. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically terminate access to the period already paid for.

Course and workshop enrolments

For scheduled workshops or live sessions, cancellation requests should be made before the session begins. Any refund or credit is handled under the Refund Policy and may depend on the course or workshop terms displayed at purchase.

Service termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, payment reversals, security risks or material violations of our Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
