Delivery & Service Access Policy

Transport Studies primarily provides digital courses, software access, webinars and online analytical services. There is no physical product shipment for these services.

Digital courses and webinars

For products that provide immediate online access, access is normally enabled after payment is successfully confirmed. Scheduled webinars or workshops are delivered at the date and time shown on the relevant course or event information.

Subscriptions and software access

Paid software features are activated for the subscription period recorded against the customer's account. Access may be delayed briefly if payment confirmation or webhook processing is still pending.

Traffic Video Analyzer uploads

Upload limits and supported formats are displayed in the analyzer interface. Paid plans may support larger uploads, subject to the plan's stated limits and technical safeguards.

If a successful payment does not activate the purchased service, contact [email protected] with your account email and transaction reference. We will investigate the payment and service status.
