1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of the Transport Studies website, training courses, webinars, traffic analysis tools and related digital services. By creating an account, purchasing a service or using a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services and accounts

You must provide accurate account and contact information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Some services require an active subscription or paid order.

3. Courses and digital content

Course access is provided according to the plan or course description displayed at the time of purchase. Course content is for the purchaser's personal learning use unless a separate written licence is agreed. You may not resell, redistribute, copy or publicly share protected course materials.

4. Traffic Video Analyzer

The analyzer is an assistive software tool. Results depend on video quality, camera position, lighting, traffic conditions and model limitations. You remain responsible for reviewing results before using them in engineering reports, decisions or submissions.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Cashfree Payments. Prices, billing periods and included features are displayed before purchase. A paid subscription grants access only for the paid period. When the subscription expires or is cancelled, paid-only features may be disabled.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or harmful material; attempt to bypass usage limits; interfere with the service; probe security controls; or use another person's account without permission.

7. Intellectual property

Transport Studies and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, course materials, branding and original content except for material that is clearly identified as third-party content.

8. Third-party services

The website may link to or use third-party services including payment, hosting, analytics, email and educational platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or modify features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance or product development. We will make reasonable efforts to keep paid services available during an active subscription.

Training and software are educational and analytical services and do not replace professional engineering judgement, applicable standards, statutory requirements or project-specific review.
