This Privacy Policy explains how Transport Studies handles information when you use our website, create an account, purchase a course or subscription, contact us, or use the Traffic Video Analyzer.

1. Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address and login identifiers.
• Payment and order information such as plan, amount, transaction reference and payment status. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Transport Studies as raw card details.
• Service information such as analyzer usage, uploaded file metadata, results and technical logs needed to provide and secure the service.
• Communications you send to us through email, forms or WhatsApp.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide courses and software, process orders, manage subscriptions, send transactional and service emails, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the website and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We may use third-party infrastructure and service providers including Supabase for account/database services, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, Cashfree Payments for payment processing, and email providers for transactional messages. These providers process information only as needed for their services and under their applicable terms and policies.

4. Uploaded videos

Videos uploaded to the Traffic Video Analyzer may contain people, vehicles, number plates or other information visible in the recording. Upload only footage you are authorised to process and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. We may retain files or results only for the period required to provide the service, security and troubleshooting, subject to the service's current technical design.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use necessary cookies and technical identifiers for authentication, security and service operation. If analytics or optional cookies are introduced, this policy will be updated accordingly.
